The Livelihood Empowerment Against Poverty (LEAP) programme is a cash transfer programme and the flagship social protection programme under Ghana’s National Social Protection Strategy. The brief, which summarizes evidence from the evaluations of LEAP and LEAP 1000, was commissioned by UNICEF Ghana and drafted by Policy Research Solutions (PRESTO).
